SECURITY SCREENS
Pensher Skytech’s security screens have the same performance as the security windows, however screens are classed as larger glazing. Combining state of the art security glazing with precision steel frames, Pensher Skytech has a comprehensive range of screen solutions, that reduce the risk of accident and protect against deliberate attack. Pensher Skytech’s security screens provide total reassurance of total safety and security without comprising levels of natural daylight.
PERFORMANCE
Pensher Skytech screens are designed to meet a variety of performance criteria. The European Standards are met including EN1627, but also the US ASTM F1233-08.
We pride ourselves in the combination of performance. Our blast products are naturally robust using heavy plate and sections so they are innately strong enough to resist prolonged attack. Additional alloys can be included to resist cutting tools.
MANUFACTURING
All of Pensher Skytech’s products are designed by a team of trained mechanical designers using 3D solid works software. Pensher Skytech operate from a 72,000 sq ft facility and have in-house last cutting equipment, powder coating, and overhead cranes to make manufacturing logistics easier.
This makes it easy to manufacture security screens of a significant quantity and size for larger projects. Our capacity and expertise means that we are able to carry out in-house security testing on our products as well.
INSTALLATION
Pensher Skytech have their own fitting and installation teams as it is essential that high specification products are fitted correctly to ensure they provide the maximum level of protection they can.
For overseas projects, Pensher Skytech can arrange for our supervisors to provide on-site training and assist where necessary. All of our installers are CSCS registered and have the necessary qualifications to use on-site machinery.
